Ripples (and Goosander)

Nothing much to report today, a fairly normal Sunday.
It was a bit milder, but less sunny, and the birds on the ponds were being curious when I went for a walk. 
The main event of interest was the spotting of a Little Grebe on the bigger pond, I'm not sure if I've seen one there before, or not. I have a pic but as it was small and in the middle, and I didn't have the long lens, it isn't very good (but adequate to confirm identification).
