Ft. Vancouver

I finally have a new printer. After my own indecision and then the bogged-down supply chain, it arrived at BestBuy yesterday. It's an Epson Eco-Tank 8550. Big and pricey, but there you have it; I'll set it up on Sunday. I used the trip to BestBuy to have the in-house GeekSquad put a new battery in my phone. That meant a 2-hour wait, so we used the time to drive across the Columbia River and walk around Ft. Vancouver. A beautiful, serene and open park that has a bloody history, not from people killing people, though there was probably plenty of that, but from killing thousands upon thousands of animals for their fur and skin. Ft. Vancouver was the clearing house for furs from all of western Canada and the US.
