Finally

In Aug 2020 the power company put in a new pole and moved their power cables to it. That left BT to deal with the old pole, they did the ones down the road but forgot the one outside my house. I've been chasing them since May and finally today on a Sunday they came and did it. Yay, I now only look at 1 pole.
