Emergency Blip

A day at home catching up.  Batch cooking for the freezer.  Santana made Ragu sauce and I made celery soup and also Butternut Squash and Coconut soup.  The latter was on the menu when we stopped at Corbridge on the way home last Friday.  I tried to recreate today as it was so delicious.

My herbs by the window are looking pretty perky so they are my blip today.
