This pile of rubble is what remains of a perfectly good two storey home with pool. So in its place, we are getting 5 or 6 “townhouses “.
It’s happening all over our neighbourhood now because the state government has overruled existing local council rules regarding housing density. So, our lovely, leafy suburb with large blocks, trees and gardens is now being over run by developers, demolition teams and builders. Back gardens are being overlooked by 3 and 4 storey buildings. Sad really
