The cape

This is our 3rd or 4th outing with the new cape. A cap underneath the hood helps, as does tucking in corners. So far, so good. It's not waterproof, however, so I still might have to use the tablecloth-with-a-hole-cut-out idea. But then, we might not be going out in such inclement weather. Today is still relatively calm before the  supposed cyclone "bomb" storm arrives off the coast tomorrow / Monday.
