Normality

Up bright and early to take part in my first ever Park Run. Fortunately I’d volunteered to be a Tail Walker although I’m not sure I was supposed to finish 10 minutes after the last runner…

Then home to start returning the house to normal. I started in the snug, everything is think with dust and out of place. Then on to the hall/my work space. Many hours later it was all done. I’m shattered but pleased.
