Tomato risotto

I'm going to have to give this Hello Fresh a whirl.
Dan had prepared a meal again for us all tonight, as hubby was assisting our eldest daughter with interview prep, and it was delicious!
Earlier on (before work) her & I had had a swim together and some lunch (& a cheeky scone/muffin -see extra) at the gym whilst she planned out her answers.
