Three brass balls

The traditional sign for a pawnbroker still hangs on the wall of a tenement at the end of St Stephen Street in Stockbridge. The pawnbrokers is no more but the sign remains above a hairdresser on the ground floor and the Bailie Bar in the basement on the corner.
