Low season

I think I prefer the coastal resorts in winter rather than summer. In summer, Leucate beach would be thronged with people but today there was virtually no one and yet the temperature was in the 20s. We spent the morning mooching about from village to village before walking up to the cliffs above le Franqui. I spotted a nice restaurant and booked a table for tonight for us to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. I also managed a swim in the sea, not bad for the end of October.
