Off to Skerries

The local council operated Filla leaving Lerwick for the Out Skerries this afternoon on a two and a half hour trip. The ferry comes into Lerwick twice a week berthing at Vidlin on other days. The Out Skerries are just about the furthest East of the islands making up Shetland and in my 33 years here I've only visited once.
