Bloomin’ Already

Mostly overcast but mild today. Hubby and I both had medical appointments today so we were up early. My cardiologist was quite pleased with all my test results. She told me I had made good life choices for my heart, aeries and veins to be working so well at 70. That was comforting. Hubby had his first PT meeting and they set up his three times per week post op physical therapy sessions through 2021. If he does well, they will reduce his PT to twice a week. Thankfully, the office is only five minutes from our home. When I fed my birds, I was really surprised to see my camellia is already blooming. It usually flowers in early winter. There are tons of buds; it should be beautiful for months. Thanks to our FF host. We spent the rest of the day working on Christmas gifts. We have a blast creating something nice with mainly used parts. Our main focus was a golf theme today. We caught up laundry; I won’t have that facing me when we return Sunday evening. Our DIL made homemade soup for dinner meaning our kitchen was closed as usual. Guess it is Kindle time as my legs and feet need a break. My mother only got one frightening call today. There was a voice message on her phone: “(her name), you are in trouble” or words to that effect. Demons!! Thanks for the visit. Be cautious! “Every flower blooms in its own time.” - Ken Petti
