Cbd oil

Had to go to Broadford today to pick up my Asda.
Went for a walk with Raymond & my girls photos of a Shag & Heron.

Went to Cafe Sia for coffee and had the option for CBD in it so I tried it. Hence the oil on the coffee. Was ok tasting.

Went to chemist and bought some to see if it will help with my backpain as it is back so here's hoping it will help.
