Cumbria Here I Come

By marpaul

My blip friends ChrisA and IAE together with Luna came to visit for a few hours today before their long journey home.  IAE brought an axe with him and proceeded to chop up rather a lot of logs for me which I've been drying for the past couple of years.  Lots of humour between us about a man with an axe etc :)  Misty wasn't impressed though .... the noise of the logs being split must have frightened her because after a while she disappeared and I heard her whining next door!  She'd jumped the wall and gone down the lane to my elderly neighbour's driveway and was whining very loudly.  It woke my neighbour up!  Poor Misty and poor neighbour!  After lunch we had a short walk on the marsh and I took a few photos of Luna running around.  All too soon it was time to say goodbye and wish them a safe journey.  Its been good to see them this week.
