Not a great day. Didn't sleep well.  The booster shot and the flue jab have not agreed with me.  Well, I think the flue jab is OK but the covid booster shot has left me with a very sore arm, a headache and feeling rather sick.  I've eaten nothing all day.  Not hungry and nothing appeals.  I've tried to keep my fluid intake up  but even that has been difficult.  I very seldom feel ill so don't take well to it.  However I did take a photograph.  Sorry about my commenting. I felt it is rather uninspired.  It's half past seven and I'm going to bed.   Let's hope tomorrow brings better things. The pain in my arm has improved so I'm feeling hopeful.
