Great Langdale

After a chilly start the weather was kind for our last day in the Lakes. Just when we thought it couldn’t get more beautiful, a rainbow appeared. (Extra). 
Ten miles has earned me a fish and chip supper as we say a fond farewell until next time. 
I also found an old picture of us as kids in much the same spot. My sister was recovering from a badly broken arm, hence the slightly unnatural pose.
