Chocolate Brownies

Another new shop has opened in Arnside. It calls itself a bakery.
But when I put on my mask and went in to explore I found that most
of the things on sale were home made chocolate brownies.

And rather special ones too. There were eight different varieties. The lady asked
me if I wanted to try one of each but having not brought my credit card I decided to
try just a couple as a trial run. These are caramel and sea salt I think.

I think we shall have to cut them in half. Otherwise the new shop might shorten my lifespan.
But I keep reading that chocolate is good for my heart along with red wine.

What is certain is that we have to give support to new local traders!
