Old Timer

I like to go into the office on Monday's and Tuesdays but I worked from home, today, as there was a UPS delivery that needed to be signed for, arriving between 10:30 and 14:30.

While I was sat working at the dining table, this old timer came to join me. He managed his way up onto the table via a chair and then, as is his way, found something quite arbitrary to use as a bed: on this occasion a small pile of to do lists from last week.

He's not been eating so much of late and spends a lot of time during the day dozing on the stacked wood at the side of the house, so it was nice to have him next to me while I worked.

UPS didn't turn up, by the way. At about three o'clock I realised the time and checked the tracker, which had been updated to show it will now be arriving between 10:30 and 14:30 and tomorrow. FFS.
