Beside the River this Morning….

Maisie and I met with friend Denise and Harry, the Spoodle, at 6.15am. We had a lovely walk. The dogs were extremely energetic and had great fun. Harry swam in the river, and Maisie paddled. Denise and I photographed the yarrow growing beside the river. I visited a Garden Centre late morning and managed some gardening this afternoon. Today’s count of 129 new Covid-19 cases in the Auckland and Waikato areas are very worrying. That is the most cases in New Zealand in one day since the start of the Pandemic. We desperately need folk to get vaccinated if they have not already done so.
