St David’s Cathedral

We had no special plans for our last day away. We wandered about the local shops getting a few things for our journey home tomorrow. I badly needed some new walking boots so treated myself to a new pair. It’s much easier getting good walking boots out of London. My daughter treated herself to some Welsh gin to support the local industry and I ended up with several bars of local chocolate.
I finished reading a small book that I found at the cottage which was Three Stories by Alan Bennett and was highly amusing.
We took our hosts out for a lovely meal at a local pub and I and others had a delicious fish pie!!
