Pets day out

Later kikc off for football so nipped out early to get oranges and visit the allotment. Was going to get some planting done, but met Mr Allotment so we had a chat and talked about the plans for more common ground that is lying unused and piling up with rubbish. A cider apple orchard is in the running.

The girls played well and lost out again to a really nice bunch of boys.

Tidied out the pets today, the snake was on the trampoline with the kids, while I cleaned the tank out and put new wood chip in.

The african giant snail came down onto the lawn, it started to eat the grass. I am going to get a bunch of them and attach string to their shell and like a chariot rider will get the lawn cut by totally eco methods. Will probably take 2 weeks though.
