Canonteign Falls
After last night's high winds and torrential rain which caused lots of flooding in the region, we woke to beautiful clear blue skies. It was a perfect Autumn day for a walk up Canonteign Falls, the highest in England. This is the view from halfway up. The view from the top across the open countryside is spectacular too.
When we got back to lower ground we enjoyed coffee and cake in the cafe at the bottom before heading to Dawlish Warren for a walk on the beach and a late lunch / early dinner in the pub.
Back at the lodge it was a session in the hot tub watching the sunset.
