Fungi

This morning I made a trip to the allotment for harvesting.  There's a lot of fungi, presumbly inedible, springing up along the side paths to the plot and on the wood surrounding the raised beds.  It's the first year I've been aware of this and I'm not sure why it's growing.

Met my friend M for a walk around the Meadows although we quickly retired to La Viola Cafe on Lothian Road (Earl Grey Street really).  They do darn good cannoli with lots of flavours to choose from.  I opted for the Nutella.
