Buff-bellied Pipit

R&Y departed on the morning ferry and so I gave Stinky Bay one more visit and this time caught up with the pipit. Other than the fact it is an American bird, it isn't awfully exciting it has to be said. 
The wind was such that if it has taken off, the next stop would have been the mainland and hence it allowed me quite close.
Neighbours in for a few glasses of wine indicated a return to normality.
