Pruning

It is a sure sign that autumn has arrived when the council workmen start pruning all the trees. It is an important job as the regrowth next spring will provide much needed shade in various parts of the village. I played tennis this morning but was quite tired after yesterday’s exertions -at least that is my excuse for why I lost!
