Watertight

I really needed the fresh air and physical effort involved in a run this afternoon. Not a day I would wish to repeat. Even if it was not by ZOOM.

I had seen this manhole cover on a run along the beach just over a week ago, and decided today to take a photo of it for my blip. It also contributes yet another to my series of manhole covers.

This one was made by the PAM foundry, and is labelled as PAM ETANCHE. Being in the sand below the high tide mark, it needs to be watertight, and according to its name and appearance, it is.
