Autumn afternoon

Oh we had all sorts of weather today, howling gusts of wind, thunder and lightning, black skies and lashing rain. And then this. I had spent a long time chatting to my sister who has just got Covid, hopefully she’s ok, she is fully vaccinated. Then I noticed a pure blue sky had arrived so I went out for a super long run. I expect I’ll regret it tomorrow, but it felt good at the time.
