Valuation Day

Met Suzanne and Jerry here this morning after I'd met the agent. His estimate was the same as the Monday man so I'm confident it'll go on at the right price. Just got to agree with the others that it can actually go now. Already have 3 interested parties.
Home by 1pm fell asleep in chair and received confirmation email from agent.

Heavy rain tonight.
