Early morning pool view

Hard to believe my week in the sun was up this morning. It was so lovely being with my brother and his partner. They’re both so very friendly and inclusive, it was simply brilliant to spend so long with them.

Early start to get up, showered, grab some breakfast and finish the packing before heading to the airport. I do think Palma scales weigh heavy as one case was overweight! Luckily the other was under so they balanced each out out.

Flight was on time and although full, everyone wore their masks and we kept ourselves to ourselves. Miss PHL had an interview for a customer services advisor job at 2 so we hung about at the airport until she was able to come and collect us - we landed at 1.45.

I’ve managed 3 loads of washing so far and another 2 to go. I made the schoolboy error of not emptying the basket before we left and Miss PHL had a full on time looking after Phin. He’s been a bit poorly the last couple of days and whilst he was very happy to see us, alarms bells rang when he didn’t eat his dinner. Quick call with the online vet who thinks he might have a tummy bug so chicken and rice it is then from tomorrow. We’ll keep an eye on him and take him to our vet if he’s no better in a couple of days.

Nice bath after dinner has hopefully relaxed be enough for a good sleep in my own bed. Thank you for comments and stars, I’ll pick up on journals tomorrow.
