A blip selfie. It didn't seem fair to blip Lou today. It seems that she has to pay the price for a good day these days. After yesterday's exertions she's taken it easy today and has been wrangling symptoms.  She's quite distressed tonight as the re emergence of symptoms is always frightening.
I was sitting outside with a glass of wine feeling pensive...and felt that perhaps this selfie reflects the mood of the day.

We're bookend on a gullet trip tomorrow, her very favourite thing. Let's see if we make it.
