Black on white

I have been ill in bed all day with a bad cold and the cat has been my constant companion. She's getting a bit old herself now and has developed a few more white hairs and whiskers as well as stiff joints. I suspect she has mainly been here because it's warm next to me, I'm sitting still and she likes it to warm her joints.
I find the white balance challenging to get her right though since she is *so black*.

I am slightly amused that I can take a black and white photo without actually setting it up as a black and white photo though.

This is just a quick snap on my phone, I haven't really felt up to anything else, hope to feel better after a good sleep tonight though.
