What ...........

 ............... a difference 18 minutes makes. 
  
On the left, 09.51 today, on the right, 10.09 today  -  in the extra, one taken at 09.27.
Since then there has been sunshine, blue skies, thunder, torrential rain, wind, fluffy clouds, steel grey sky - not had snow (yet) so I guess we should be thankful.   :o))

Weird Wednesday Weather.

Paul and Peter loaded up their mini van and headed north to go skiing.   After driving for a few hours, they were caught in a terrible blizzard. So they pulled into a nearby farmyard and asked the attractive lady, who answered the door, if they could spend the night.

"I realise it's terrible weather out there and I have this huge house to myself, but I'm recently widowed".  She explained  " I'm afraid the neighbours will talk if I let you in".

"Don't worry"  Paul said  " We'll be happy to sleep in the barn and if the weather breaks, we'll be gone at first light".

The lady agreed, the two men slept in the barn and left at first light.  They enjoyed a great week of skiing.

About nine months later, Peter got a letter from an lawyer and it took him some time to figure it out.  He determined it was from the lawyer of the widow they met during their skiing trip.

He dropped round to see his friend Paul.

Peter:     Paul, do you remember that good looking widow that we met on that skiing trip - where we slept in the barn?

Paul:    Yes, I certainly do.

Peter:    Now, be honest with me Paul, did you pay her a visit in the middle of the night?

Paul( looking a bit embarrassed now):    Yes Peter, I confess I did.

Peter:    So tell me this Paul, did you give her my name and address instead of yours?

Paul ( his face now bright red with embarrassment)  : I'm
sorry my friend, I'm afraid I did.  Why do you ask?

Peter:   Well, she just died and left me her fortune.
