A Lonely Boat

This boat has featured a few times in this journal, most recently last week, when the tide was out.

It was a reasonable morning today and I saw that the tide was coming in, so, I grabbed the camera and walked down our lane, no time to waste because I'm expecting a sofa bed delivery! The tide was quite high and this was my favourite shot!

I did some jobs in the garden, sowed some green manure on the new patch of soil - never tried this before, so we will see how it gets on! Also got some washing out on the line, intermittent sunny intervals and very cold when the sun was in hiding.
