Jay

Early blip today, got various things to do and took this pic a short while ago. It isn't the best portrait of a jay, as it's hiding in the tree, but it wouldn't stay in a more convenient place and I was happy to get a pic at all.
We don't often get jays in the garden but it has been hanging around recently so I had to record it.
Managed to run 5k today - slowly but without stopping on the hills. It's taking a long time to get fit again but there is some progress.
