Jo Wheatley - Essex Book Festival

This evening I went to an Essex Book Festival talk by the 2011 GBBO winner Jo Wheatley. She was really lovely and I really enjoyed her stories and tips. She decorated this cake whilst she talked. If only we'd been allowed to taste it!
