Another Blip from the edge!

Would you Adam and Eve it? The lovely people at Blip have featured me in the Blip Blog!!. It is a really big compliment and I am very flattered that they think my journal is worth sharing with everyone in this way. So thanks a lot to them.

Hopefully it will help in a small way to telling the world more about Nepal, how lovely the people here are and that life here is very tough. If you are wondering where to donate money to to help people, then please think of them!

Today we have not gone to the "Himis" (Himalayas) due to a slight delay, so it gave us the chance to rent a bike and cycle to a Tibetan refugee camp. It was uphill all the way, but we made it in 2 hours. The buildings were different to Nepal's normal housing. It was smaller, tightly arranged bungalows and not too much concrete. It was quiet, that is apart from the line of Tibetans selling souvenirs, who were very hard to say no to. We bought lots of things and it feels good knowing it will go into the pockets of the lovely, gentle people who have no land of their own to live in.

This photo has a partner Blip from the Mrs! This shot is awesome, and the goat just makes it perfect!
