Exotic

It was a wet start to the week but I managed to get a lunchtime plod in when the rain was very light so I wasn’t too wet at the end of it.  I passed this very exotic looking bird in my way around.

Thankfully it also stayed dry for my evening plod to and from bellringing practice.  We practised raising and lowering bells which always gives the arms a good old workout.  My Fitbit always assumes that bellringing is swimming - I guess some of the movements are similar as far as it’s algorithms go.
