The sky on fire

It has been non-stop since yesterday morning. Where did that holiday feel go? Lots of extras have come in, lots of face to face meetings now. It's feeling like a "normal" end of Oct and looking ahead to the next two months of activities. It seems harder to deal with it this year though. This is all an excuse for this, not so good, photo. It is a quick EB before an evening meeting tonight. The sky made it look as though there was a fire behind the trees.
