Beware of the dentist

The stairs to my dental surgery are steep and narrow through this door, although I have been fortunate of late and and used the slightly easier ones. Today I had major work which involved a ten minute break in the middle, down to waiting room, which is where I took this picture. Second session was horrendous, difficult extraction, had to stop him twice.
I am surprised that after lying prone for an hour you are expected to get straight up grab coat and exit - down the steep stairs. I am not a wimp but at 84 find it challenging. The best bit,the fresh air coming home, bliss.
