Blackout

Came home to find there was no power last night. Very strange sitting in candlelight reading a book realising how little there is to do without electricity. Fortunately it only lasted about half an hour.

Watching Monkey Magic this afternoon, a modern film version from the company who made the original TV series. It's OK but a bit like a pantomime, but what can you expect watching you loved when you were 10.
