8.50a.m.just leaving the ......

..... pool!
It was an early start for me today. As I'd been awake from 4a.m. it seemed the right thing to do , so up ,showered and at the pool by 7.20a.m. being the 2and one in the water.i must say tho' it wasn't really cold it was very dark ,wet & dreary. I was able to complete my swim/ exercise programme with not to much effort today. I had been advised to shorten the time if I got breathless, but today I was pleasantly surprised. The blip tell you how dreary it was at 8.50a.m.but at 2p.m.the sun has been out for at least 2 hours and it's rather a nice day.
I did a machine load of washing which is outside hopefully drying. I've also made Cauliflour Soup which tastes delicious, preparing to vac the carpets now then a bit of reading / TV .
So enjoy the rest of the day people.

Thoughtful ..... of how fortunate I am to be able to complete all I needed/ wanted to do today.
