On the pier

I don't know what this thing is but it was on the pier in Tarbet. 
A damp start to the day but it did dry up.I  set to this morning to clear out some stuff to go to the charity shop. Angela came over in the afternoon and we  took my car to the garage and then went to look at summerhouses.
