The Wandering Witch needs help!

A quick visit to Claremont gardens where they have set up a trail for the half term weeks. 
“The evil wizard has kidnapped the magical creatures that live at Claremont and the Wandering Witch needs help to save them! She is busy brewing a potion that will bring everyone home, but her spell is incomplete. She needs people to help complete the spell by finding the six magical creatures and earring a magic wand”

Lots of children having a go at the trail. See extra for one of the stations which had a very small ladder going up to the little creatures doorways on a tree trunk!

There were also some very tasteful autumn/ Halloween displays at the entry kiosk and quite a few fairy lights at various points round the main path. 

I know the National Trust does this sort of thing in many gardens. I assume they send out a list of ideas etc to each garden and leave it up to the volunteers etc to organise  in each garden. The people at Claremont always seem to implement really well and I also like the quote that they always have on entry even if there is not a special event.
