Whenever Mary and I meet at The Climbing Station in Loughborough we finish our session with a circuit. I'm on it and have only just begun the large figure of eight course. 

I did manage to finish it, which isn't always a given, but my right arm was pumped so I had a rest and then had another go. Only a third of it this time though! Not much else will be done today.

Edit: I'm stopping wearing a mask in supermarkets now, although I'm still very aware of how close others are to me.
