Dumplings

Pork, shrimp, and cabbage dumplings.

Our area has quite a few good asian restaurants. This includes a decent number of places that specialize in Chinese dumplings. Early in the pandemic when these restaurants were struggling, a business started that employs cooks from these dumpling places and delivers frozen, ready to cook dumplings in the area. These are from the second order we placed with them, and they were delicious. They tasted very much like dumplings I had on Hong Kong nearly a decade and a half ago. A lovely lunch.
