Car Trouble

Evening all.

Well, we woke up to some showers of snow this morning, but it finally got its act together and it seems a bit of a thaw is on.

Its the drifts that are causing the problems at the moment, i took this photo about a mile from where we live, and whilst the main roads are clear the side roads are still a bit iffy.

You do have to wonder whether the owner of this car has really fully committed to getting it roadworthy for the winter. Surely a couple of scrapes on the windscreen with a plastic ice scraper and a quick squirt with de-icer and it'd be fine.

Mind you, it is always a possibility that the owner is actually still stuck in the car, days without food meaning that in a fit of madness they've been forced to gnaw off both their arms to provide sustenance, then realising that they haven't taken their seatbelt off and now have no way of opening the door as they can't operate the door mechanism with their teeth....

just a thought.
