A Real Estate Problem

No such thing as 100% real estate .It depends on what you seek
Today at the huge lake up the road I spotted this brown rat .A lovely house had been built .By the water too, so what drawbacks could there be ?
The entrance was onto a pathway for all water birds & avian rush hour and I'm being serious when I say rats are shy .They even had to contend with the swan family coming and poking their bill through the door and hissing It's on video so true to say some bullies come in sophisticated feathers .
A lady had been giving bread to the ducks and they didn't want it .( wise ) She kept on collecting it to re throw..I think the rat was trying to clean up . It did have youngsters .A brief encounter with a  brown rat  is an eye opener..
