Signage

We ran along the coastal path through the wee fishing villages of Johnshaven and eventually Gourdon. Then headed inland to return back south along some overgrown tracks and muddy fields. Unfortunately the remains of the Inverbervie branch line (closed 1966) is no good unless you like hogweed, nettles and barbed wire.
