Doing the gin thing

A walk along the Tweed followed by a visit to the distillery. After G&Ts and samples,we were let loose with a massive selection of botanicals to make our own gin. Mine includes rose, pink peppercorn, orange, pomegranate, cassia and heather. Looking forward to trying it in a few days time
