Let Me Out...

... or pay the price!

Bradshaw is an indoor cat but he has sure been pleading his case lately...

I'm not sure what to do since he has NO flight instincts! In other words, he doesn't RUN away from danger for some reason. It works really well for photographing him but maybe not for being out and about near the street!

What to do?
